I wrote a booklet!

My bedside booklet Then I Woke Up: Dreaming with Mother Earth is now available for purchase! This 45-page booklet shares a series of six Earth-centric dreams I've received over the past few years. 

Then I Woke Up is for dreamers and dreamweavers, for Earth-lovers and protectors - for those who made moss their muse. I wrote this for people who care (and listen) to plants, flowers, trees, and animals. I wrote this to remember a world where Nature speaks in song still heard by hearts who hear the hum. I wrote this because my dreams felt bigger than me - I wrote this because each of these dreams felt like voices and visions emerging from the heart and soul of Nature.

While I've been an avid dreamer throughout my life, my dreams deepened to another level when I learned the practice of Intentional Dreaming while receiving my my  Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology 12 years ago.

Since then, I have quietly devoted myself to personal practice and deepened experiential learning with courses and offerings from various somatic and dream teachers - I've found studying and practicing somatics is like deepening intimacy with what the body is dreaming into being. 

In spring 2020, something in my dreaming terrain shifted - as humanity socially distanced and sheltered in place, my dreams awakened to a whole new layer of depth and revelation…it was like my dreams woke up in the heart of the Earth. The dreams shared in this booklet are a series of six dreams I've received since my spring dream awakening in 2020. Each of these dreams felt like a gift to receive, a gift that was too big to contain for myself. My prayer is that these dreams may reach and be received by all who will benefit from their message!
